The Apprenticeship Certificates England (ACE) portal is now permanently closed. This is in line with previous Department for Education (DfE) communications that the last certification date for Apprenticeship Frameworks was 31st March 2025.
From 1 May 2025, if an Apprentice’s certificate is incorrect, damaged or lost, they can request a replacement from the Department for Education.
